Wire fences are primarily wire with posts to hold the wire in place. Usually metal T posts are used, but wooden posts may also be used for a nicer look at a higher price. Usually some structure is needed for corners and ends to handle the tension of the wire. These fences can be strands of wire or wire mesh types such as rectangular grid or hexagonal chicken-wire. These are more economical fences useful for larger areas and to controll access, such as to keep animals in or out of areas. There are a variety of fence heights available depending on the purpose and need.
